Ted Daniels formed his first company – Blue Line Protection Group – in 2013 after a combined 20 year career as a police officer and U.S. Army Infantry soldier. Within 8 months, BLPG was a publicly traded company with a market cap of $44 million. The company was the Industry standard in providing compliance, cash management, transportation, security, and consulting for the legal cannabis industry. Ted and his company were featured on HBO Vice, Playboy magazine, the CBS Morning Show, MSNBC, CNBC, CBS, Business Insider, Forbes, and numerous others.

In 2016, Ted founded NCSS which was the largest cash management and compliance company on the east coast. Servicing seven states and numerous financial institutions, NCSS was the first company to legally transport marijuana cash on behalf of banks to the United States Federal Reserve and had offices in Pennsylvania, Michigan and California. Ted was an industry keynote speaker and business consultant across the country and is credited for founding an entire industry. NCSS was acquired in 2019.

Since 2019, Ted has helped entrepreneurs build their companies and consulted in numerous industries across the United States.

Ted was a starting guard for the West Virginia University Mountaineers football team, was 2002 Law enforcement officer of the year, and is the recipient of the Purple Heart and Combat Infantry Badge from his tour in Afghanistan in 2012.
